“Flora was a great operator. She was early to the meeting point and communicated very well about our meeting time off our cruise ship. The driver and Flora made absoute sure we were back to the ship on time without any issues. “Lack of information provided re: colder temperature walking up at Mt Vesuvius / sensible walking shoes should have been advised and also not informed that no public toilets available. “the pick-up was prompt from near Naples train station. Bruno got us there quickly. He then told us to return in 2 hours for collection. Again, he was prompt and speedy.
