“Flora was a great operator. She was early to the meeting point and communicated very well about our meeting time off our cruise ship. The driver and Flora made absoute sure we were back to the ship on time without any issues. “It was brilliant, transfer on time, he even waited at one of the hotels for 15 minutes for a couple who had booked the tour, but they didn’t make it! On arrival there was a lady waiting for us who showed us and our small group to our guide! Roberta was brilliant and very informative and friendly, we were given some free time to look around small parts and also free time at the end to grab a drink. “Our tour was very good, our driver Antonio met us 10 minutes early to take us to the site. We met our guide Frankie who was an effervescent character full of knowledge and had extra stories about life in Pompei. He didn’t rush us and gave us time to take photos. We were lucky that there were only 6 in our group so that gave us time to ask many questions. It’s a bonus to have prepaid entrance tickets I think you could give us a map of the site so that we can follow the route and look at it after the tour.”
