While there were some enjoyable aspects, there were also several areas that could use improvement. **Coordination of Timing:** The tour company called only 24 hours in advance to move the departure time up to 5:30 PM. We informed them that we wouldn't be able to make it until the originally scheduled time of 6:30 PM. They were flexible and moved the time to 6:00 PM, but we communicated that this would still be tight for us. We ended up arriving at 6:15 PM, which caused visible frustration among the other passengers, even though we were still early…”
