“I was very unsatisfied. The morning of the activity I received an e-mail showing me a QR code (ticket) and MEETING LOCATION. Got there to find no one. Apparently I was supposed to go by the address that had been previously sent a few days earlier when my fee was processed. I found this to be extremely confusing and missed the class. Very very disappointed and upset. My taxi driver tried the phone number for me and got an automated system. By the time I sent an e-mail and got an answer it was too late as the correct location was a half hour away. No need for all that…”
